Returns and Exchanges

RETURNS
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, you must contact us within 7 days of purchase and return the unused item within 14 days of purchase. It must also be in the original packaging. We do not accept returns for earrings due to hygiene reasons. The cost of return postage will be the buyer's responsibility. It is advisable to buy a tracked postage service in the event of a loss of parcel. If an item is not received back or if it is returned not in its original condition the buyer is responsible for any loss of value.

EXCHANGES
Exchanges are accepted
Contact us within: 7 days of receiving the item
Ship items back to us within: 14 days of receiving the item
We cannot accept exchanges on personal items such as earrings due to hygiene reasons.

CONDITIONS OF EXCHANGE
Buyers are responsible for returns shipping cost. To ensure the product gets back to us it is recommend you purchase a postage service that is trackable in the event of loss of the parcel. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Please note that original postage/ shipping costs are not refunded on return items unless the item is faulty

PROBLEMS WITH AN ORDER

What is not considered faulty:

  • 925 sterling silver is very malleable by nature so earring posts and links can easily be straightened by hand
  • Due to our jewellery being handmade there may be slight irregularities or variations, however this makes each individual piece unique and is not considered a fault
  • Colours of the jewellery you receive may slightly differ from what you see on the website this is due to all monitors displaying colours differently
  • Any damage or tarnish that has occured due to exposure to chemicals or mishandling of items
